3 point Sunday Checklist

I remember having these heart to heart talks with a good friend of mine, who used to say she just didn’t seem to have the getup and go to get things done. And that it all felt overwhelming.

I shared something that was pretty normal for me, and it apparently improved her life…so I thought I’d do the same in case it helps you too 🙂

We all have to-do lists, and they’re usually related to the work we’re doing either for ourselves or for other people – and that’s fine. But few people have an actual plan to feel good, happy and motivated for themselves

I have a weekly plan, that I follow, I adjust it if needs be but it’s designed to get me ‘small wins’ and to ensure that I’m on track not just for business, but also for me

Here’s a 3 point Sunday Checklist draft I made for you 🙂

Before you can plan where you’re going, it’s important to know where you’ve come from so, make a mental note or (even better) write your answers to these…

1) Review the last 7 days of your life

a) Remember all the things that made you happy

b) What small wins did you achieve?

c) Is there anything you would’ve done differently for a better, happier outcome?

Now, it’s time to plot your course for the coming week, things that pull you forward in the direction of your dreams, goals and what makes you happy…

2) Set your course for the next 7 days

a) Set personal goals that are winnable, achievable and realistic

b) Ensure these are aligned with your values and passion, see 1a) above for clues 😉

Now, last but not least – you MUST do this last part, that’s on order! 🙂

3) Rest & Revitalise a.k.a

  • Rest & Recuperate
  • Relax & Recharge

I’ve learned (the hard way) that no matter how well-intentioned I am in reaching for my goals, they always seem to get farther out of reach the less I take care of myself.

And the opposite is true…when your heart, mind and body are rested and in sync, with the things that make you happy as your rock and your foundation, you’ll glide more effortlessly towards your goals…and it won’t be a struggle anymore…but an enjoyable journey.

Let me know how you’re doing and if this helps you out? send me a quick note, I would love to hear your story too.

Keep the love strong,

Mark
