We recently had the pleasure of hosting Mark Villarosa here at The Elephant at the Market and he was absolutely brilliant. What a strong song selection (His version of Elvis was one for the books) and there was something for everyone.
What stood out most was how well he interacted with the customers, both keeping everyone engaged, and creating a free and friendly atmosphere and had everyone engaged from start to finish.
We would definitely recommend him and look forward to having him back again. Side notes if you have a quiet shift and are in a location with a high foot fall get this man singing and open the doors the customers come flooding in.

Every Friday evening, I had the pleasure of experiencing an electrifying performance by Mark at Walkabout Newbury, and I must say, he truly brought the fun back to the venue!
The atmosphere was transformed as soon as he took the stage; his energy was infectious, and it was clear that he was passionate about the music he was playing.
Mark’s repertoire was a perfect blend of upbeat hits that encouraged everyone to sing along and dance. It was impossible not to get caught up in the excitement.
The crowd quickly grew, and it was heartening to see both familiar faces and new customers enjoying the lively ambiance.
His performance seemed to work like magic—bringing back the vibrancy that Walkabout had been missing for some time.
Beyond just the music, Mark created a sense of community among the patrons. He engaged with the audience, encouraging participation, which made the night feel personal and inclusive.
It was refreshing to see so many people smiling, laughing, and having a great time together.
Thanks to Mark, Walkabout Newbury felt like the place to be on a Friday night again.
If you’re looking for a fun night out with great live music, I highly recommend checking him out. I can’t wait to see him perform again!
