Focus your ENERGY on Feeling Good

Ever notice how when you’re feeling great, good things just seem to happen naturally and effortlessly for you? 

And when you’re feeling not so great, the opposite happens. Someone could even greet you in a pleasant, lovely way – and it only makes you more annoyed  😅

 I believe that Feelings are DIRECTLY connected (and the key) to what we create and make happen in our lives (good or bad). 

To keep things simple, this is what I believe… Once you know (and are clear about) what you want: Ask the Universe for it. 

Then get the f*** out of the way đŸ˜…

 And you do that…by working on your ‘energy’. Work on feeling good…constantly

Whether you do this by taking time out… self-reflection… self-love…physically working your body and flooding it with endorphins…surrounding yourself with good people…communing with the beauty of nature….spending time with a 5-year-old…listening to the nostalgic stories of an 85-year-old… 

Do whatever works…to make you feel good

Because only after all the ‘blocks’ are removed in your life…can your dreams find their way to you. 

After you’ve clearly asked for what you want and continually work on feeling loving, positive, happy & grateful… 

Relax and allow your dreams to come to you.

How to Feel Powerful & Centred INSTANTLY – Part II

So this is Part II of Feeling Powerful & Centred!

What I’m about to share with you is something I picked up at a recent event I attended and I  loved it so much I want you to benefit from it  as well.  

This is great for moments when you may need to steady yourself, if ever you feel unsettled or just need that extra boost of confidence & strength. 

I believe the term for it is “anchoring” which is when you use positive emotions or words to “trigger” positive emotions. What I’m about to show you uses that principle…but also something physical that takes it to another level :  ) 

This works with or without a physical object – but let’s start with an example that uses one. 

Find a chair, or table…put your hands on it, grip it if you can. Close your eyes, and breathe rhythmically focusing on your breathing to start with.  

Then as you continue breathing…start to also focus your attention to the grip you have on the chair… Notice the centeredness you feel as you draw strength from the chair and your grip And feel how it all roots you solidly in place.  

I actually didn’t use a chair when I did this!

But it still works perfectly well without one. What you would do, is close your eyes, focus on your breathing, just like I described above..

Except this time Instead of a chair…you would focus on your legs and feet and how connected and rooted they are to the ground. 

Imagine yourself drawing strength, certainty and power by simply using the natural earth beneath you.

How to Feel Powerful & Centred – INSTANTLY Part I

How are you today?

I hope you’re feeling good, centred and happy.

But the reality is…we won’t and can’t feel that way all the time. There will be days we may feel anxious, stressed out, fearful…even helpless.

If and when those days come let me share something with you that’s helped me IMMENSELY

They say when people feel depressed it’s because they’re “living” or re-living the  past, often in a regretful or painful way

And when people feel anxious, it’s usually because they’re projecting themselves into a future with trepidation & fear about things that haven’t happened yet

The key is to centre and anchor yourself in the “NOW”

Since the past is over and the future is yet to happen

The PRESENT is where your power is.

And that’s because anything and everything within your power is changeable and alterable

RIGHT NOW.

  • You can choose to move around.
  • You can choose to stay still.
  • You can choose to think good thoughts.
  • You can choose to think bad thoughts.
  • You can choose to say yes.
  • You can choose to say no.

Everything is a result of what you decide to do with your life…now.

Please remember no one (and that does mean NO ONE) has power over you and what you think on an ongoing basis, other than you.

One quick and sure-fire way I’ve used to centre and anchor myself in the present is to simply breathe…and focus on my breathing.

The key is to zone in and be vividly aware of your breathing, slow it down to a comfortable and natural rhythm…be aware of the sound of your breathing…

notice the feeling even the texture of the air that’s filling your lungs with life-giving oxygen

and when you breathe in…affirm good things and good thoughts and when you breathe out, imagine you are also exhaling anything and everything that doesn’t serve you or make you feel good.

Do this as long as you can…and as often as you need to.

Esp when you are experiencing difficult moments (large or small) in your life – remember you have an amazing and miraculous thing you can do and call upon (instantly) to help you
