👑King Charles🤟Ozzy Osbourne – guess what they have in common?😄

There’s a terminology, marketers use…it’s called, ‘ideal customer persona’.

It means certain criteria that define the kind of customer most likely to buy from you.

The problem with ‘criteria’ is that it tends to overlook the particular ‘motivations’ of WHY a customer would buy from you.

In other words, criteria alone can be too broad, general…maybe even disastrously inaccurate!

Let me give you an example….

Here’s a persona that applies to both King Charles and Ozzy Osbourne😄

👑King Charles

🔵Male
🔵Born in 1948
🔵Raised in the UK
🔵Married twice
🔵Lives in a castle
🔵Wealthy & Famous
🔵Used to be a prince

🤟Ozzy Osbourne

🔵Male
🔵Born in 1948
🔵Raised in the UK
🔵Married twice
🔵Lives in a castle
🔵Wealthy & Famous
🔵Used to be a prince (of darkness😄)

If you’ve been basing the sales and marketing of your business on personas alone? might need to think again…

One size does not fit all.

One of the most effective ways to make more sales is to KYC.

It stands for ‘Know Your Customer‘.

Knowing your customer is about,

🔵Anticipating their needs and their fears
🔵Understanding what motivates them (and demotivates them)
🔵And ultimately, winning the sale…

Because by knowing and understanding them…you win their trust.

Do you have a sales and marketing strategy in place to reach your customers?

Do you know your ideal customer inside & out?….if not, maybe we need to talk.

For now, I’ll enjoy my coffee☕😊

Are you a creative person?

A creative person is someone who typically has these 3 traits…

💥Imaginative

💥Positive

💥Open minded

A creative person can be in ANY business that allows them to creatively provide solutions and services that help others.

Think of some of the great business concepts of our time, they were a result of someone creatively combining ideas together…

Bed&Breakfast + Online Shopping = AirBnB

Ordering a cab + GPS = Uber

Heres another great idea, my favourite😄☕

Coffee + WiFi = Internet Cafe

Whether you’re a teacher, coach, carpenter, mechanic, web developer, hairstylist, fitness trainer, musician, accountant, therapist, salesperson, marketer or artist…

If you provide solutions to others in a creative, positive and helpful way, you are a creative person.

And I’m glad you are.

The world needs more of us around 🙂

The power of ONE in business

When you start a small business, you can immediately see the effect/reaction of your customers (even if it’s just one person :))

Then you scale & grow from there based on what they like, and what you’re doing right.

If you can get one customer, you can get two✌️

If you can get two customers, you can get ten✋🤚

If you can get ten customers, it’s possible to get a hundred💯

You discard what doesn’t work, and keep replicating, scaling and building on what does.

Think of one person right now who could benefit from what you have to offer.

Mention your product or service to them, ask them to try it, maybe even….offer it for free.

Then ask them for their honest feedback…whether it’s good, or bad, use it to further refine/improve your offer.

And….if they really liked it, ask for a short ‘testimonial’…of them actually saying what they liked about it.

You now have your first solid review, which you can share with others as proof of trust/results of what you offer.

Customers tend to follow other (already satisfied) customers.

This is powerful, trust me. It’s how I built my business from a standing start.

Never underestimate the power of one.

One signifies the beginning and a foundation you can build on.

Go get it 🙌
